Global Capability Centres
Your team. Your standards. Our ground.
A Global Capability Centre is not outsourcing. It is your own engineering organisation, in Pakistan — recruited to your bar, working in your tools, reporting to your leadership. We carry the employment, the facilities and the compliance so you carry only the engineering.
The distinction
An outsourcer sells you output. A GCC gives you a team.
With a vendor you get a statement of work, a project manager, and a black box in between. With a capability centre you get named engineers who show up to your standup, learn your domain over years, and accumulate the context that makes a team valuable. The difference compounds — and it is why serious engineering organisations stopped outsourcing and started building centres.

Timeline
From agreement to delivery in a quarter.
A first pod is usually four to eight engineers. It grows once it has proven itself, not before.
- 01
Weeks 1–2 · Design
Role definitions, seniority mix, target compensation and the technical bar. We agree what 'good' looks like before sourcing anyone.
- 02
Weeks 3–8 · Recruit
Sourcing, technical screening and your final interviews. You approve every hire — we never place someone you have not met.
- 03
Weeks 8–12 · Stand up
Workspace, equipment, network and access provisioned. The team onboards into your repos, rituals and architecture.
- 04
Month 4+ · Operate & grow
The team delivers under your direction. We handle retention, career pathing, payroll and compliance in the background.

What would your centre look like?
