Capabilities

Engineering, not advice.

Five practices that ship working systems. We are happy to advise, but we are measured on what runs in production — which is a different discipline, and a different kind of firm.

How we work

Four things that do not change.

Whichever capability you engage, these hold.

  1. 01

    Senior-led, always

The people who scope the work do the work. You never get a pitch from architects and delivery from juniors nobody is supervising.

  2. 02

    Smallest useful step

We would rather prove value in six weeks than sell a programme. If the pilot does not justify the next phase, we say so.

  3. 03

    Built to hand over

Documentation, tests and architecture decisions are part of delivery. The goal is that you could replace us and be fine.

  4. 04

    One team, both halves

Silicon and software engineers in the same organisation. Rare, and the reason we can reason about a system end to end.

Next step

Not sure which you need?

Describe the problem. We will tell you which capability it belongs to — or that it is not one we should take.
